Vectra today announced the expansion of its leadership team with the appointment of two senior executives.
Jennifer Wang is vice president of customer success and is leading the effort to strategically align and expand the Vectra customer success team globally as the company continues to grow across the international marketplace.
As vice president of human resources, Aaron Bean is responsible for all aspects of HR leadership at Vectra and will direct the HR team worldwide, focusing on the attraction, development and retention of talent at all levels of the organization.

Jennifer Wang brings a long, successful history in building and leading customer-facing teams for enterprise cybersecurity software companies. Most recently, she was vice president of customer success at Agari, where she was responsible for post-sales functions, with a focus on the continuous success of customers from onboarding to renewal and expansion. Before that, Wang spent nearly 11 years at Proofpoint in customer success, professional services and sales engineering roles, from start-up to post-IPO. She started her career in professional services at Netscape. Wang holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University.
Aaron Bean brings more than 20 years of HR leadership, with experience in private and public companies. Previously, Bean was vice president of human resources at Skyhigh Networks, which was acquired by McAfee, and senior vice president of human resources at Aruba, where he led HR from startup to post-IPO and acquisition by Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Prior to Aruba, he was head of human resources for the Juniper Security Products Group and vice president of human resources at Alteon WebSystems, where he built HR, facilities and IT functions from startup to post-IPO. Bean holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California.
