Kimberly Lytikainen

Kimberly Lytikainen is the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Vectra AI where she is responsible for legal, compliance and corporate governance affairs of the company. With more than 20 years of experience in leadership roles, Kimberly brings expertise in corporate governance and transactions, including M&A and IPOs, IP strategy, licensing and litigation, and complex commercial transactions.

Prior to Vectra, Kimberly built several business savvy legal and compliance teams to scale globally with transformative public and VC-backed private companies, including Five9, Poshmark, MINDBODY, Pivotal, NVIDIA and Sun. She holds a J.D. from Loyola Law School, a B.A. in Political Science from Florida State University, and has completed the Executive Business Leadership program at Stanford University.
